WAR Industrial Services is based in Port Matilda, Pennsylvania and we currently serve the industrial and mobile hydraulic markets in Pennsylvania.

 

Walker Gross, the owner and founder, has extensive experience in both industrial and mobile hydraulics with a strong focus on troubleshooting, testing, system optimization, education, and repair. Walker is also a IFPS Certified Hydraulic System Specialist.

Our current field capabilities include but are not limited to:

• field crimping up to -20, 5000 psi 6 wire hose and a wide range of hose fitting options on hand.

• digital hydraulic troubleshooting, testing, and tuning with bi-directional flow meter with built in load cell.

• ability to run control valving independent of system for troubleshooting purposes

• non-invasive flow testing for pumps, motors, and cylinder bypassing

• test pressure ranges from 28 in/hg to 8700 psi.

• real time fluid cleanliness testing with in-line laser particle counter.

• 12 GPM air powered fluid polishing with high intensity Eclipse magnetic filter and 6 micron cartridge filter.

• field and shop based failure analysis and repair of hydraulic components

• existing system retrofitting and refurbishment

• 7,500 lb, 30ft telescoping truck mounted crane

• VMI services centered on what you actually need vs. filling bins.
